Opportunities

• Students who have completed Ph.D can apply for visiting scientist positions for a period of one to two years to work in the low temperature laboratory

• JRF and SRF positions in our laboratory : This can obtained from the general IGCAR pool after qualifying in the JEST exam and interview.
• IGCAR also conducts examination and interview for induction of JRF and SRF. More information can be found on link geven below.
• JRF and SRF can also use the facilities of LTSS via

       1. Research in the laboratory is encouraged through collaborations with universities via UGC-DAE_CSR and  BRNS schemes;

       2. CSIR and UGC-net qualified students may also seek permission to join our laboratory for research  

• We also encourage students to apply for a 3 month MSc/M.phil project work
